Do you have what it takes?

 

Just having a notary commission isn't enough to qualify for our team. For starters, the basic requirements  to close for Robyn M. Allen, LLC are:

 

• 1 full year of conducting closings or at least 100 successfully closed files

• A Current Errors & Omissions Policy for a minimum of $50,000 in coverage

• A current background screening

• Must have a working knowledge of all types of closing documents

• Must maintain a high standard of professionalism both in appearance and conduct

• Must have a high level of technological expertise and up-to-date office equipment including a smartphone

• Must provide 3 current professional references that will vouch for your expertise, reliability and professionalism

• Not required, but highly recommended: NSA's Certified Signing Specialist Credential, as most of our best clients will request it
